Thank you for choosing New Motion! We want to let you know that, on November 6th, 2023, we will be switching our Physical Therapy software and working on bringing our billing back internally instead of being outsourced. We are confident this is going to be a very positive change for the clinic and for your experience as a patient, but will come with some challenges as we transition. We very much appreciate your patience in working with us as we transition. Below are things you may experience during transition. Please feel to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
Starting November 6th, 2023
The online scheduling will be temporarily unavailable
You may get duplicate reminder messages while we wait for reminders to be turned off in our old system
The waitlist system will change - we will transfer those on the waiting list to the new system
Credit cards on file cannot be transferred, so will need to be added to our new system - this can be done at the front desk or over the phone
You may temporarily have bills coming from two different systems
Billing for visits before November 5th, 2023 will continue to come from our outside billing company - you can recognize these by the listed address being in South Carolina
Billing for visits AFTER November 5th will come through our new system and have our clinic address on them
