Angie Hamilton
Angie has practiced Pilates for over 10 years. She was encouraged to explore Pilates as a form of therapy for reducing diastasis recti after giving birth to her second child in 2008. Practicing Pilates several times a week for several months garnered significant results. Saving her from surgery, increasing her strength, and confidence.
Pilates has become a life long passion of Angie’s. It led her to become an instructor in 2021. She now enjoys helping others see the difference that Pilates can make in their lives. Through the mind body connection that Pilates encourages, you will notice a stronger, better aligned body as well as a different mind set.
